You have 100 days to change your mind. You are welcome to try the suitcase out properly — unpack it, pack it, roll it. It only has to come back free of signs of use: no scratches, no dents, no stickers.
We refund the full purchase price once the goods arrive and have been checked. Return postage is at your expense; we will email you the address and the steps to follow.
